CLIENT
Founded in 2010, Inspired Carpentry have grown from strength to strength and are now one of the leading Carpentry Services in Glasgow. They provide a variety of services to commercial and residential clients.
THE BRIEF
Inspired Carpentry tasked the Web Ark Digital team to help redefine the company branding, as well as develop a new website, helping them come out of a poor experience with another agency after spending time, effort and a fortune on a website that never came to life.
OUR APPROACH
We began work with an initial research and info gathering phase, analysing their competitors and how we could best execute this project to maximise conversion. We wanted to fully understand their history and ethos so that we could correctly position them within the market. This was essential in order to inform both the design and the customer journeys.
When we started designing their new website we knew that focusing on the journey the company had been on in the past 10 years. We had to make sure the customer journey/process from start to finish was as easy and accessible as possible.
SOLUTION
For the development of the website we chose to build from WordPress and move over from Squarespace due to the ease of management both internally and externally post-launch, fulfilment integrations tailored to suit their unique requirements, and also being a robust platform which will support them in terms of scalability and longevity.
RESULTS
Our approach and process resulted in an upgraded new website for the Inspired Carpentry team. The website is an effective platform that engages the user and progresses the brands goal in elevating their digital experience, targeting the right audience and securing more higher valued business.
